Introducing Scotland’s first and only AbsintheThe Murmichan, a wicked Scots fairy and a fitting name for the first Scottish absinthe. Nine classic gin aromatics are also used to give the gin a highly distinctive, complex, floral and an outstanding finish. The nose is a rich complex of fresh juniper, followed quickly by coriander and a complexity of gin flavours. With native botanicals grown and taken from the crofts in the Southern Hebrides, Wild Island - Botanic Gin gives you their first take on a taste of home on the Isle of Colonsay.

The botanicals are gathered responsibly from the hills, shores and bogs of the Hebridean Island by The Botanist's expert forager, with the liquid capturing the heart and soul of the island. Even without considering it’s not their normal forte it’s a fantastic effort, a mellow and refreshing dry gin with aromatic notes of lemon and peppermint. Colonsay is a tiny and remote island two and a quarter hours by ferry from the mainland – a place of massive contrasts and stunning beauty.
