The User is permitted to save and use the Software on an end device (e.g. PC, laptop, mobile phone or tablet). The User is responsible for ensuring that the device meets the minimum requirements of the Software. The User ensures that the Software is only used in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement. If the User is a merchant or a legal entity under German public law, or if the User does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or Europe, then the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this Agreement and the contractual relationship with PGW is Berlin. This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The provisions of the UN Sales Convention and the conflict-of-law rules are excluded. When you're looking to switch out your skates, you’ll need to choose replacements that fit your specific model of mouse due to each mouse having a different layout on its base where the skates are installed. The exception being brands who use the same mouse chassis for multiple models, but that will be mentioned on the skates product description. Of course, the downside to being wireless means that you’re going to have to charge the XM2we mouse every so often. The internal battery is 410mAh, and the official description of the mouse says it gives “one week of gameplay”. Of course, how long the battery lasts will depend wholly on how heavily you use your computer. But charging is no problem: it comes with a braided USB cable, so simply plug it in once in a while to keep the battery topped up. You can use it while wired, or just leave it to charge while you’re away from your desk.

In accordance with the statutory provisions, PGW is solely liable for compensation of injuries to life, limb or health, for damages according to applicable product liability regulations and for damages caused by wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of PGW, whereby PGW shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, consequential damages and claims third-party-claims. We've converted this review to Test Bench 1.5. This update adds a new Main Button test group, which provides button actuation data and switch information. We've also made minor changes to how we calculate the Office usage score. For more details, you can see our full changelog here.

Making this mouse flexible to your needs, the Endgame Gear XM2we utilises a Hybrid Skate design. This allows both small and large skates to be installed on the underside of the shell. As standard, this gaming mouse comes with small skates pre-installed whilst including a set of large skates should they be your preference. Both sets are manufactured from premium PTFE plastic, ensuring the smoothest glide across any surface, as well as great durability. When operating on soft surfaces, it is recommended you equip the sensor skate too. Speaking of gory explosions, let’s talk about the XM2we’s gaming performance. This is something of a mixed bag: flashes of excellence mingled in with frustrating shortcomings. With a little preparation and some simple steps, you can enjoy better control and performance like the pros. Thanks to Endgame Gear for supplying us with an XM2we review unit for the purposes of this article.

Any further liability and a liability beyond the legally required liability are excluded in all cases.I didn’t notice any latency at all in the XM2we while testing it. You can configure the mouse to feel as responsive (or as unresponsive) as you want using the software. The performance of the PixArt PAW3370 sensor didn’t disappoint — the XM2we performed exceptionally well on every surface I tested it on, including mouse pads, bare desks/tabletops, and even the material on the arm of my sofa. Features and Software of the XM2we The User may terminate the Agreement by deleting the Software or by declaring the termination towards PGW. Once you have removed all the old skates from the base your mouse, give the surface a clean by using rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl). This will remove any excess adhesive that may still be present. Leave the mouse to dry, and then it's time to apply the new ones. Unless provided by applicable, mandatory law, the User may not do and may not request, support or authorize third parties to do the following: The User must protect any copies of the Software from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Before applying the grip tape, it is essential to clean your mouse to remove any dirt or oils that may interfere with the grip tape's adhesion. Use a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol to gently clean the surface of your mouse, taking care not to damage the coating. Make sure to remove all the dirt and oil residues, especially around the edges of your mouse. PGW grants the User a personal, non-transferable, free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Software on User’s devices according to these terms and conditions. This Agreement is effective from the date on which the Software is installed or from the date on which this Agreement is accepted and is concluded for an indefinite time period. The Agreement ends with its termination by either party. The above limitations of liability also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives and organs of PGW. This method involves using the hairdryer to heat up the glue underneath the mouse feet. Once the glue has been heated long enough, use a spudger (a flat plastic tool with a sharp end) or a knife to scrape underneath the feet to peel them off — be careful if using a knife! As standard, the Endgame Gear XM2we is a wireless gaming mouse. Equipped with a 410mAh battery, the XM2we lasts a week of gameplay without recharging. Included within the box is the removeable Endgame Gear Flex Cord 3.0 for when you need to charge and play. Incredibly flexible, this braided cable has an angled exit from the shell, reducing drag as you manoeuvre tight corners and complex dungeons. This cable is USB 2.0 Type a to USB-C, providing a 1,000 Hz polling rate and greater compatibility when connecting to your gaming PC tower. Once you have your replacement mouse skates in hand, it's now time to remove your old ones from the base of the mouse. There are a few different methods to do this, but we’ll cover the main, most reliable method (in our opinion): The only negative thing I have to say about the software was that it had weird issues detecting the mouse's battery life. When the mouse was fully charged, the software reported that it had 95% battery life, and the battery life estimate seemed to go up and down on a whim as I used it. It was very difficult to know exactly how much battery life the mouse had left by looking at the software, and there's no low battery indicator on the mouse itself — so the first real sign I saw of the mouse's low battery was when the cursor stopped moving on my screen and the mouse had completely powered down.
