Description

I believe that living in London at the beginning of the years 2000s when contemporary art was so present and alive in the city encouraged us to participate.

Out of the House is part of the series of exhibitions on contemporary art organised by Fundación Santander at the Art Gallery of Grupo Santander City.Personalised advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of information under California and other state privacy laws, and you may have a right to opt out. Housed in a townhouse in Regent’s Park is the Cranford Collection of around 700 artworks, which has been built by Muriel and Freddy Salem since 1999. The Cranford wide sideboard is part of a French Country inspired range consisting of living, dining and office furniture. This is a re-release in series binding of the larger-size 1886 edition which was bound in blue cloth.

In general, we try not to impose ourselves on artists and learn from material available to all such as interviews and texts. Part of Penguin's beautiful hardback Clothbound Classics series, designed by the award-winning Coralie Bickford-Smith, these delectable and collectible editions are bound in high-quality colourful, tactile cloth with foil stamped into the design. Throughout the pages, you will find major works by Damien Hirst, Sigmar Polke, Louise Bourgeois, Christopher Wool, Rosemarie Trockel, Martin Kippenberger, Bridget Riley, Paul Thek, Rachel Harrison, Juta Koether, Sergej Jensen and Matias Faldbakken.Samuel Richardson, Letters from Sir Charles Grandison, Volumes I and II, (Macmillan: New York / George Allen: London, 1895). Their elegant home, designed by John Nash in Regency style, is only a stone’s throw away from Frieze London, the annual contemporary art fair held in Regent’s Park. Bring a touch of French country chic into your kitchen, office, dining and living rooms with this classic. But domestic peace is constantly threatened in the form of financial disaster, imagined burglaries, tragic accidents, and the reapparance of long-lost relatives. Curators (Nicolas Bourriaud and Vincent Honoré) have chosen to explore the first decade of the 21 stcentury through the collection, paralleling world and cultural events with works from the collection, choosing a few for each year of the decade.

William Collins Books and Decca Records are proud to present ARGO Classics, a historic catalogue of classic fiction read by some of the world’s most renowned voices. Turning off the personalised advertising setting won’t stop you from seeing Etsy ads, but it may make the ads you see less relevant or more repetitive.

The exhibition, curated by Anne Pontégnie, focuses on British and German art from the mid-1980s to the present day. Three Gaskell novels have been woven together to create this uniquely rich and comic drama about ordinary human lives during one extraordinary year. Distinguishing features of the Cranford Series lie not only in their artistic allure but also in their format and uniformity. The first in 2000, a Eames cabinet revisited by Martin Boyce; the latest in June this year, a beautiful portrait by Lubaina Himid.

We have had very interesting registrars, engaged with various actors around the city, and they have participated to such programs. We also started to look at a number of 20 th-century underestimated women artists, such as Lynda Benglis, Carla Accardi, or Alice Neel. A satirical tale of sharp social commentary, as observed through the adventures of Lemuel Gulliver to fantastical lands. Macmillan’s advertising used many phrases when referring to its titles, such as “uniform with” other titles in the series including Cranford and Vicar of Wakefield(around 1893-94), or as “new volumes” in the “Cranford Series” (1895 and later). The dining table extends from 140cm to 180cm with a beautifully designed butterfly leaf that sits underneath the table top. This cover design was reused from the UK edition by George Allen, and it was then published the following year in the UK by Macmillan as part of the core series, with a different cover design. By placing the emphasis on volume (with approximately one hundred exhibited artworks), the range of mediums, as well as the diversity of the artists’ ages and nationalities, the exhibition will establish a dialogue between art and topical issues, and seek to reveal how the 2000s have transformed our global cultures, geopolitics and economy, as well as our ecological awareness. The Cranford narrow sideboard is part of a French Country inspired range consisting of living, dining and office furniture.
