Looking at the real car, you can see that the lighter blue resembles regular Technic blue more than dark azure. It features a 1:8 scale model of the Bugatti Chiron with aerodynamic bodywork, active rear wing, 8-speed gearbox, steering wheel, W16 engine with moving pistons, and Bugatti duo-tone blue color scheme. The two most compelling additions in this step are the exterior bodywork around the massive w16 engine, as well as the real wheel well surrounds. You can separate the black core spring and yellow body, I had spare a spare yellow half brick ring and added this between the spring and shaft.

This car has a proper 8 + R gearbox, which means that it has 8 forward gears and just a single reverse. It's quite amazing to see all the changes -big and subtle ones- come together and improve the model a lot. The tan interior looks great, especially with the stickers on the dashboard and on the inside of the doors.The Chiron uses a different mechanism, where the paddles are positioned in front of the driver's seat, under the steering wheel. More toy with the notion that yes, adults build LEGO Technic kits too, and want a premium quality set with luxurious packaging and a masterfully complex build.
